There is very good reason why the planet Neptune is not particularly “understood” by students of astrology. First of all, the effects of Neptune are not “reasonable.” Secondly, these subtle emotional currents are not “understood,” they are felt, experienced, and permeate through us. Such neptunian, sensual permutations create both mystics and alcoholics–and sometimes as one in the same person! Please join Alan Oken as we swim through the various levels of Neptune’s oceans–boat but not life-savers guaranteed.
