Astrology and Edgar Cayce with Susan Reynolds

Edgar Cayce is often referred to as the father of holistic healing. But Cayce also understood the significance of each individual’s natal chart and often referred to it in his readings. Cayce said that our soul experiences visits among the planets and stars and that these visits impact our current lifetime and natal chart. He states that what is most important is that the chart shows us where we last sojourned and how that journey is currently influencing our life.

Cayce placed great emphasis upon our chart but from a totally different perspective than our current way of looking at astrology. He talked about the planets ruling different parts of the body that do not agree with modern astrology. He had a unique way of assessing each planet’s purpose and how each planet in our chart influences our soul growth.

Susan Reynolds has been an astrologer for 35 years and a member of a Cayce study group for 28 years. She is able to bridge the world of the sleeping prophet with the language of astrology to explain Cayce’s unique vision of the natal chart and how it influences the soul’s journey.

Saturn Transits and the Progressed Moon Phase with Marvin Wilkerson

Saturn represents conscious awareness. It is our selected ego and structure of our reality according to our conditioning. The Moon represents the habits you were taught to live out your heritage, ancestry, parental and social programming. These two energies work against the transformation of the soul. They want consistency with homeostasis being the objective which ultimately stunts growth. We are born in a particular phase relation with the two planets. It usually lasts a lifetime but may change phases during a life where significant change takes place. This phase helps understand how we may get stuck in our conditioned response to relationships, careers and so on. In other words, how my parents did it. Participate in this presentation to learn your own unique way that leads to success in this life on your terms.

Midlife Crisis with Alan Gordon

midlife crisis

The midlife transition is actually a reflection of four major transits of the outer planets.

The first inkling that life is not working the way it used to can be the Neptune square to itself. This can bring about a vague sense that one’s belief systems are changing, and that the “less than conscious underpinnings of how we go about life are no longer secure.

Then in rapid succession, the planets Jupiter, Uranus, and Saturn, all oppose each other in one’s early 40’s, depending on orbital variances.

The Jupiter opposition can be new frontiers, i.e.; “the grass is greener on the other side of the fence”. The Uranus opposition can be more severe, in that it may be a sociological change, that one has no control over, such as a merger or a factory moving to another country, and losing a lifetime job. And the Saturn opposition then reminds of what we have to lose to move forward, whether it is a dysfunctional relationship, a drug abuse habit, or a negative self-image that is holding us back.

My book follows about 35 clients through the stages of mid-life. Each gives an example of whether they were able to successfully negotiate the phases of the transition.

This is one of the most stressful times in life, and an understanding should be foremost in your tool kit of delineation and counseling.

Workshop: Horary Methods for Horary and Non-Horary Astrologers with Lee Lehman

Sure, pretty much everyone can learn how to do relationship horaries, but how about another setup?  There are a lot of general astrological tools that, these days, are only taught to horary astrologers.

In this workshop, we will start with the basic horaries: relationships, jobs, health. Then, after we learn to answer those questions, we will circle back and look at how many of the same methods could be used in nativities to extend the power of a natal reading.

This workshop is from 10 am – 4 pm with a break for lunch.

The 2020 US Elections, the Future and Trump’s Chart with Malvin Artley

You may have heard that elections are coming up in Nov 2020 in the US. Donald Trump is pushing hard for reelection and is a shoe-into be the Republican candidate. The Democrats are quickly deciding their candidate, too. What will the election hold for the US? Will Trump be re-elected? Will he even make it that far? And do we have the correct chart for Trump? There is another that has been put forward. In this talk, we will look at the charts of Trump using several techniques and then go on to examine what the elections will mean for the US, regardless of who is elected. The billionaires on both sides of the aisle have already decided who they want for president. Is there a wild card? Was Trump the maverick so many people thought? Astrology tells the tale. Malvin will be speaking to MAAS from his home in Italy.
